Procedure
- Evacuation of a sinter ceramic furnace at an operating pressure of approx. 0.1 mbar abs..
Execution
- Four-stage design of the pumping station, a final vacuum of 3 x 10-3 mbar abs. reached. System with S7 controller for self-sufficient operation of vacuum generation, permanent process monitoring, automatic switching on and off of the pumps as required.
Special feature
- Redundant design for maximum process reliability. Gradation among the pumps for the lowest possible heating of the gas. Temperature of the extracted gas at the furnace: 1400°C!
